SARATOGA SPRINGS, NY (November 17, 2011) Sundaes Best Hot Fudge Sauce is celebrating ten years in business during November, and throughout 2012, by adding two new flavors, AJ’s Almond and Addy Campbell Caramel, making it a total of ten flavors offered by the specialty food company. Both new flavors will be available in stores and online at www.sundaesbest.com in time for the holiday season.
Both of the new hot fudge sauce flavors were inspired by Owner Katie Camarro’s family connections. AJ’s Almond was created based on a nephew’s love of almonds and Addy Campbell Caramel was named in honor of a niece who loves the buttery sweetness of caramel.
When asked to reflect on the milestone and the longevity of the company, Camarro, co-owner of Sundaes Best, said, “It’s been a sweet journey. We’ve met so many great people whose enthusiasm for our products continues to motivate and inspire us.”
The company was started after Camarro, a marketing and wholesale consultant at the time, made gifts of hot fudge sauce for her clients featuring the family recipe passed through the generations to her from her partner Jeff Shinaman’s mother. The reception by her clients was tremendous and Sundaes Best Hot Fudge Sauce was born.
Produced in a commercial kitchen in Wilton, New York, Sundaes Best is planning additional promotions and special events for the entire 10th Anniversary year.
