Customer Service

Shipping:   We generally ship UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail. The big brown truck makes daily pick-ups at our office.   
Expedited services (3 Day Select, UPS 2nd Day Air  and UPS Next Day Air) are available for the additional  charge that is associated with those services.  Please call or make certain that if your order is time sensitive that we know about it.  You can email our office at: or call us at: (518) 584-4036 please leave  a message in case we are stirring the kettle.
Lead Time:  Generally orders ship within 1-2 business days upon receipt.  We do not ship on Saturday, Sundays or National Holidays regardless of how big a chocolate craving you are having!
Returns:  Mistakes sometimes happen, if your order is incorrect, please call or email us immediately and we will promptly rectify the situation. Food products cannot be returned. We do not substitute flavors without email or telephone permission.
